Terms and Conditions


By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order pricing.



 We use our best endeavors to try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices are accurate. If errors may occur, we reserve the right to correct any such errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. If we discover an error in the price of any items which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.



Most orders are processed same day or at least within 1 - 2 business days (processing time does not include weekend days and holidays). *All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. 



Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using the following carriers: USPS, and UPS. To return your product, you should mail your product to 3450 Ellicott Center Drive, UNIT: 5F2, Ellicott City MD 21043. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  If the product is not delivered due to the buyer's address input error, the buyer must pay the shipping cost incurred by re-delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 



If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy. Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are canceled by our system for various reasons. For example, 1) Item(s) not available 2) Difficulty in processing payment information 3) Cannot ship to address provided 4) A duplicate order was placed. If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a canceled order, please contact Onaroll LCC. via email. Credit cards are charged as your order is being processed. Order cancellations will not show a charge if paid for by credit card.



Delivery choices are provided for overseas orders based on the delivery destination at the point of purchase. The usual time for standard international shipment is 5 to 12 business days.



Import tariffs, taxes, and brokerage fees are not figured into the cost of the item or the shipping and handling charge; they are paid to the carriers upon delivery of some items. Since we solely charge for package shipping, the receiver is responsible for these costs.



 Our goal is to ensure 100% satisfaction with your purchase. For US domestic orders, if you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return the item to us in original condition within 30 days of purchase and we will give you a full refund excluding delivery and postage costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Before returning package you need to contact us via email or phone to confirm Return Authorization.
